I like the color version of this image, but I think the b&w version has more impact.

yosemite creates opportunity for a great photographer to find himself - you obviously have from what I see here. Fantastic monochrome: this really feels like you channeled f/64.

@Bill: Thanks for your comments! When it comes to photography, black and white is my real passion. I became hooked on b&w after reading my first Ansel Adams book and have studied quite a bit of his work. Before turning to digital, I was doing mostly b&w in both medium format and 4x5.
